Prices

• Price € 60 per night excluding VAT (= IGIC) 7%
• As of 1-1-2022 €61 per night excluding VAT (= IGIC) 7%
• Down payment 25% of the rent.
• No separate cleaning costs.
• Minimum stay 6 days.

Rules

• Up to 2 adults.
• Forbidden to smoke.
• No pets.
• Check in from 15:00 o’clock.
• Check out at 10:00 o’clock.

Booking

You can reserve the desired period by sending an E-mail to info@casademetrialapalma.com We normally confirm your booking within a day.

Payment

• Your reservation will be confirmed by E-mail with the invoice and rental agreement.
• The down payment must be on our account within one week of the invoice date.
• The remaining amount must be on our account one month before the arrival date.

Cancelation

• To be confirmed in writing as soon as possible, via E-mail or WhatsApp.
• In case of cancellation between deposit and four weeks before arrival the deposit will be charged.
• If canceled within four weeks before the arrival date, 50% of the rent will be charged.
• If the tenant wishes to leave during the rental period, the full rent will remain due.
