Prices

Up to 2 adults.
Smoking inside Casa Demetria is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Once a week you can exchange your used towels and bed linen for clean ones.
Landlord is obliged to make the rented property available to the tenant in good condition on the agreed date and time.
No cleaning costs are charged. However, we do expect the tenant to use the rented property properly and to leave the rented property in good condition, neat and tidy.
Holiday home may not be used for purposes other than the actual effective purposes for which the property was rented.
Check in time from 15:00 o’clock.
Check out time at 10:00 o’clock.

You can reserve the desired period by sending an E-mail to moc.amlapalairtemedasacobfsctd@ofni We normally confirm your booking within a day.

Your reservation will be confirmed by E-mail with the invoice and rental agreement.
The down payment must be on our account within one week of the invoice date.
The remaining amount must be on our account one month before the arrival date.

To be confirmed in writing as soon as possible, via E-mail or WhatsApp.
In case of cancellation between deposit and four weeks before arrival the deposit will be charged.
If canceled within four weeks before the arrival date, 50% of the rent will be charged.
If the tenant, without notice, does not show up the reservation will be canceled and the rent will not be refunded.
If the tenant wishes to leave during the rental period, the full rent will remain due.
